Pregnancy also known as ‘gestation‘ is the time during which one or more offspring develops inside the female. Pregnancy can occur due to sexual intercourse or by assisted reproductive technology. It usually lasts around 40 weeks from the last menstrual cycle to childbirth. Do you know that the embryo’s heart is formed after one month of pregnancy?
